Nicki Minaj is assuring her followers that her documentary series is "still coming" despite all the allegations and speculations otherwise.

Nicki is a six-part documentary series that the Super Freaky Girl rapper teased her fans will be "coming soon" in July 2022.

When asked about the project's status on Thursday night's Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Nicki revealed that it had been postponed because of problems with her album Pink Friday 2.

She explained that because her album was not done when she was going to originally put it out, she diidn't want the documentary to come out without the music.

She said doing that would not make sense to her. As a result, the network had to choose an alternative, and she was unable to compel the release of a documentary.

She explained that now that they have two genuinely engaged parties, she believes it will be more pleasant or simple to integrate the music into the documentary. The documentary is still in the works, but fans will be updated.

The 41-year-old artist stated that after having time to process Pink Friday 2, which was released last week, her followers will go through "a different level of emotional rollercoaster" while watching the documentary.

The rapper said that although the documentary is complete, it should include more footage to "reflect the aftermath of Pink Friday 2". Nicki Minaj informed host Andy that she would like it to be out before her global tour begins in March, but she did not disclose a release date.

Meanwhile, the whole roster for Nicki Minaj's "Pink Friday 2 World Tour" in 2024 has been revealed. In addition to her appearances at Dreamville Festival and Rolling Loud California, Minaj will headline stadium tours in North America and Europe.

The rapper initially revealed the announcement and the postponement of her record on social media, where she had been hinting at the tour for weeks.
