Cynthia Erivo and Chloe Bailey are receiving huge acclaim and hype for their tribute performances for Dionne Warwick at the 2023 Kennedy Center Honors.
The Tony-winning actress sang "Alfie," while the Grammy-nominated singer enamored everyone with an impressive cover of "Walk On By."

Named as one of the greatest artists of all time, Dionne Warwick is a revered music icon whose discography is as iconic as she is.
The Grammy-winning icon was honored at the 2023 Kennedy Center Honors along with Billy Crystal, Renée Fleming, Barry Gibb, and Queen Latifah.
Annually, these artists are honored by other artists through a performance. For Warwick, Erivo and Bailey were selected to give a tribute performance for her.
Cynthia Erivo 'Alfie': Dionne Warwick Tribute
The "Wicked" star's jaw-dropping performance of "Alfie" had everyone at the Kennedy Center Opera House in Washington, D.C. at the edge of their seats.
Cynthia Erivo's performance has been running wild on social media, receiving praises for her outstanding and masterful singing.
"Cynthia's version Alfi was spectacular! Her voice is so beautiful. She's a wonderful actress, as well," a user celebrated.
"My goodness this girl NEVER disappoints..this performance stirred so many emotions!" another commented.

Chloe Bailey 'Walk On By': Dionne Warwick Tribute
Chloe Bailey, on the other hand, channeled Dionne Warwick's iconic '60s hairstyle as she sang "Walk On By."
Like Erivo, the public's response to Bailey's performance was outstanding.
"She embodied this song in every way. The way she's dressed and presenting comes across as her true, natural self and effortless. I'd like to see her in this element more frequently," a fan pointed out.
