If you've been all over Twitter in the past few weeks, you would have seen how Megan Thee Stallion is dedicated to working out and getting physically fit.

Apparently, exercise has been helping the Grammy-winning rapper to get through hard times in her life.

Megan Thee Stallion Workout: Excercise As Motivation

In an exclusive conversation with People Magazine, Megan Thee Stallion opened up about how workout has been helping her life lately.

Megan partnered with Planet Fitness as she tries to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She also revealed to the publication that with her partnership, she now "finds motivation" to work out even on tough days when she is not motivated to go to the gym.

"There are always going to be tough days, but I remind myself that exercise is an investment into my long-term physical and mental health," she said. "I love how working out brings mental clarity and physical energy, so I trust the process and grind it out."

Aside from having a top-notch gym, Megan also admitted that it goes much more than that.

"It also comes down to having good people around you to be your gym accountability partner," she said, noting that "a strong support system" is also needed.

Megan also elaborated that she has to be focused on working out as it requires her time, especially as someone who travels a lot.

"It goes back to being disciplined and determined, even while on the road," she furthered. "I work really hard to maintain my fitness routine and stay committed to getting the results I want."

The "Savage" rapper also stressed the importance of having a balanced diet.

"Having a healthy and balanced diet is a huge part of my process. I've integrated a lot of fruit and vegetables into my meals - I love protein-rich meals and I drink lots of healthy smoothies - so I'm definitely proud of the adjustments I've made. It takes a lot of discipline and consistency, but I try to be extra health-conscious with everything I put into my body."

Megan Thee Stallion Mental Health

Aside from physical health, Megan Thee Stallion has also delved into mental health as she urged people to check on their friends in the Seize the Awkward campaign.

"I've always been told I've gotta be strong," she said, as CNN quoted. "Reach out to a friend if you see them going through it. No matter who you are, being vulnerable is what makes us whole.
