Upon receiving a call regarding a "disorderly person," the New York Police Department (NYPD) immediately responded. Nevertheless, an eyewitness who spoke to Page Six offered a contrasting perspective, describing the individual as "remarkably well-mannered" throughout the ordeal.
"I first saw him around 1 pm; he went up to Taylor's door," an onlooker explained. "I'm not sure if he knocked or rang the doorbell... He didn't resist. There was no yelling or anything."
