    One of Motown's greats, Jimmy Ruffin, passed away Monday (Nov. 18) at the age of 78. Jimmy was the older brother of David Ruffin, a singer for The Temptations who died in 1991. He signed to Motown in the '60s, gaining popularity with songs like "What Becomes of the Brokenhearted" and "Hold on to My Love."

Now according to a new study by Las Vegas travel agency, the results of that poll, which has put Dutch DJ / producer Hardwell at the number one for a second straight year, show that Las Vegas clubs align their bookings pretty close to the what the results of the DJ Mag Top 100 results were.
  • Apple Reportedly Set To Relaunch Beats Music In March 2015

    After Apple bought Beats for $3 billion earlier this year, industry experts wondered what the Silicon Valley giant planned to do with the company. Now according to a report in the Financial Times, there appears to be some clarity on what the intent of Apple is with Beats Music going forward. According to the report via Billboard, Apple plans to bundle a rebranded Beats Music into an upcoming IOS that will come standard on the update. Something like this was expected when Apple acquired Beats Music in May. Now it appears that there is a timeline for the new relaunch of Beats Music.

    After being previewed by Afrojack last week, the full streaming version of David Guetta, Afrojack and Nicki Minaj's collaboration "Hey Mama" has leaked onto the web (via Complex). Set to appear on David Guetta's sixth studio album Listen, the track is edgier than her two previous efforts with Guetta, "Where Dem Girls At" alongside Flo Rida and "Turn Me On." Afrojack's signature pitched, dutch sound is present, working in a familiar pop context that flows under Minaj's singing and rapping.

Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson are out promoting their latest album FOUR, which dropped earlier this week. This isn't the first time the 1D members have appeared on the PBS program. Earlier this year, Styles and Payne stopped by the show to sing the "ABCs."
