IMS Singapore Announces First Group of Speakers
The first wave of speakers for the International Music Summit in Singapore has been announced. The inaugural edition of IMS Asia will take place Dec. 11 at the W Singapore, Sentosa Cove to coincide with the big dance festival Zouk Out that will occur Dec. 12 and 13. The speakers, who have been added, include, Richie Hawtin, Steve Angello, IMS co-founder Pete Tong, Paul Oakenfold, Damian Lazarus and others as they participate in a variety of different workshops, tutorials and speaker panels, according to "Mixmag." -

Titled A Flourish And A Spoil, the effort is due out February 10 and features production from John Congleton (St. Vincent, The Walkmen, Angel Olsen). The record will serve as the follow-up to the band's self-titled debut EP, which they released in January. In support of the upcoming album, the band has shared the lead single "4th and Roebling." -
