Last year, there were two songs that rocked the Billboard charts in 2014 that could seemingly have nothing in common: Hozier's "Take Me to Church" and Ariana Grande's "Problem." But, in the world of the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge, nothing is safe. Ahead of his first Grammys as a nominee, today (Jan. 30), Irish crooner Hozier did what seemed impossible: rocked out to Grande's breakout My Everything single.

  • Kidz Bop Meghan Trainor "All About That Bass" Cover Misheard Lyrics Sound Like A Different Kind of Booty

Oh, Kidz Bop. You try and make a slightly naughty song more palatable for a young audience, and then you just end up talking about anal sex. This week, the family-friendly Kidz Bop Kidz cover of Meghan Trainor's "All About That Bass" from the recently released Kidz Bop 27 was making its way around online, and instead of bringing "booty back," it sounds like there's something else happening in verse No. 2.
  • 7 Songs You Didn't Know Jeff Lynne Helped Write: Sam Smith, George Harrison and...The Pussycat Dolls?

So she took to her favorite form of communication, Twitter, to lash out at the company, before recanting her comments and posting a loving Instagram message.
  • Guitarist Sharon Isbin on PBS Documentary 'Troubadour,' '5 Classical Albums' for Warner, Females and Gays on Guitar, Bach Suites with Rosalyn Tureck

Multi-Grammy winner, head of the studio at both Juilliard and Aspen, responsible for more new works than any other player, yes, Sharon Isbin is the very model of a modern, major guitarist. Not only does Ms. Isbin reign supreme as thee international heavyweight of the classical guitar, clearly, she's a woman--the XX-chromosomed champion of, regrettably, an all too often hyper-masculinized instrument and repertoire. To boot, Sharon Isbin is also gay.
