  • Juror That Caused the Deadlock in Jodi Arias Case Now Under Police Protection

Many were shocked earlier this week when a second penalty phase jury ended up deadlocked over the fate of Jodi Arias. Since they couldn't agree the presiding judge had no choice but to declare another mistrial and in April she will sentence Arias either to life in prison or life in prison with the possibility of parole in 25 years. Either way, the woman who admits to killing Travis Alexander back in 2008 has had her life spared because of just one juror. Now we're hearing that the one person that didn't vote for the death penalty in this case is under police watch.
  • Chronically Sick Tori Spelling Rushed to ER by Husband Dean McDermott

You can always tell when there are problems between Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott because she inevitably ends up in the hospital. Fans of the former "90210" stars' reality show, "True Tori," already know that when she is under tons of stress (usually caused by her marriage it seems) she ends up physically ill. Either a severe migraine or some other symptom sends her to the ER and on Friday, Spelling was seen walking into Encino Hospital Medical Center.
  • Jewel Allison Stayed Silent About Bill Cosby Assault Because She Feared Racial Issues

While over 30 women have now come forward to publicly accuse Bill Cosby of sexual assault, only a handful have decided to tell their story in their own words, in detail. Jewel Allison was one of the first women to come forward last November but she has waited until now to give a detailed account of her encounter with Cosby back in the late 80's. Like many of the legendary comedian's accusers, Allison has been dragged through the mud a bit for waiting so long to speak up and as it turns out, her reasoning was more complicated than just clear cut fear.
  • NeNe Leakes Thinks That Counseling Will Help Everyone on 'RHOA'

If anyone is ruling the roost on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," it's NeNe Leakes. From day one, she has been the one who seems to call the shots and the one lady that almost everyone has feared crossing. The cast is currently in total chaos with everyone having beef with someone else. Claudia Jordan was brought into the group this season to freshen things up and she has clashed with several people. Kenya Moore is always a lightening rod for drama. Apparently, Leakes got tired of all of the turmoil and decided they could all use some extra help.
  • Katie Couric Wore Out Her Welcome at NBC Years Ago

It's not much of a secret that Katie Couric has been angling to find her way back to network news. She left Today back in 2006 for seemingly greener pastures at CBS. That didn't last for long and then Couric did two seasons of her own talk show for ABC. She's currently working for Yahoo, but the desire to reach the kind of audience that she once did remains strong. Since Andy Lack has been confirmed to have inked a deal to return to head up NBC News there have been rumors that he might want to bring Couric with him.
  • Kourtney Kardashian Strongly Disapproves of Kim Kardashian's Parenting Style

It didn't take much to figure out that Kourtney Kardashian isn't a fan of her sisters mothering skills and apparently the rift between her and Kim Kardashian just keeps growing. Kourtney is deeply involved in her kids lives and while she still does appear on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, most of the time she is shown tending to her little ones and choosing to be with her young family over everything else. Kim quite obviously, is very different. 20-month-old North West gets dragged around to adult events, such as NYFW simply because it's a great photo op. Kourtney isn't a fan of Kim's version of parenting and it means that the once close sisters are now rarely together.
  • Nick Gordon in Rehab After Admitting Drug Use and Threatening Suicide

Nick Gordon chose to remain silent for the first few weeks after Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unresponsive in her bath tub but eventually he returned to Twitter. He used social media as his way to reach out to Brown's family and beg for the opportunity to visit his comatose girlfriend. When Bobby Brown's attorney shot down that idea, Gordon's postings became more desperate. On the eve of Bobbi Kristina's 22nd birthday Gordon threatened to kill himself and apparently that was a turning point for his family. His mother and Dr. Phil staged an intervention this week that will be broadcast on March 11.
  • Andrew Lack Back at NBC, Will He Bring Brian Williams with Him?

We've been talking about the mess that is NBC News for weeks now. Brian Williams embellishment problem and subsequent suspension was just the final straw for the network that has been putting out fires for months now. The Today show has had serious ratings problems since the year that Ann Curry co-anchored and Meet the Press was such a mess that poor David Gregory found himself kicked to the curb as host, on a weekday and with no opportunity to actually say farewell. NBCUniversal CEO Steve Burke has decided to woo back Andy Lack, the man who has helped the network through serious scandals in the past.
  • 'RHOBH''s Yolanda Foster's Family Desperate To Cure Her Lyme Disease

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster has been dealing with a medical crisis for the last few years that has not only zapped her strength, but also her mental abilities. Unfortunately, Foster's Lyme Disease went undiagnosed for so long that by the time they did pinpoint it recovery was going to be that much more difficult. Thankfully the reality star is surrounded by a supportive family and her husband, the legendary David Foster, has the financial means to try and find a cure for his wife.
  • Salma Hayek Now Defines Herself as a Feminist

Salma Hayek raised eyebrows last fall when, while being honored as a women's rights advocate, she told a reporter that she was not a feminist. Her platform back then seemed to be a little twisted by the press because what she meant was that she was for equality and would support men's rights just as strongly as she does women's rights. Hayek recently sat for a brand new interview and in it, she reconsidered what feminism actually means to her.
  • Jodi Arias Escapes Death Penalty With 2nd Hung Jury

At this point, a lot of people are wondering exactly what Jodi Arias's defense team has that has resulted in a second mistrial. Arias admittedly killed her lover Travis Alexander in 2008, and while her reasons for doing so have changed, the fact that it was overkill did not. This morning, March 5, the jury that has spent months listening to details during the penalty phase of this case decided that they cannot agree on a punishment. She has escaped the death penalty with a second hung jury.
  • Don't Expect Neil Patrick Harris to Host the Oscars Again

Neil Patrick Harris fans were over the moon last fall when he confirmed that he had signed on the dotted line to host the Oscars, but if they are hoping for a repeat performance, it is looking pretty unlikely. While Harris was hit with a mixed bag of thoughts on his Oscar night performance, he has not let any of the negative press bother him too much. It is also not the reason why it is unlikely that he will return to host the biggest night in Hollywood again. He said of hosting, "It's a beast."
  • Bravo's Jaime Primak Aboard Plane That Skidded Off Runway at LGA

Several passengers no doubt had their greatest travel fear realized this morning when an MD-88 skidded off the runway at LaGuardia Airport. Thankfully, it crashed into a fence that may have actually helped to stop the plane, preventing it from landing in the water. At the time of the crash, about 3 inches of fresh snow had fallen, but a blustery winter mix made visibility really difficult. Jaime Primak, a PR heavyweight and star of Bravo's 'Jersey Belle,' was on board.
  • Dean Sheremet Feels Sorry for Ex LeAnn Rimes, Her Life With Eddie Cibrian

When LeAnn Rimes was first caught cheating on then-husband Dean Sheremet with Lifetime movie co-star Eddie Cibrian, a huge scandal ensued. They found themselves on every tabloid cover, and eventually Rimes and Cibrian justified dumping their spouses -- Sheremet and Brandi Glanville -- because their love was the real deal. Here we are nearly six years later and, while Rimes and Cibrian are married, they are not respected. Sheremet recently decided to open up with a tell-all interview about what was no doubt been the messiest time of his life.
  • 'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice Fears Life Is in Danger in Prison

Teresa Giudice has been officially locked up in a Connecticut prison for the last two months, and while she has learned to adjust to life without all the frills, she is still struggling to learn her place. That whole entitled attitude that made Giudice a star on 'RHONJ' is apparently not working out so well for her in jail. Various sources are reporting that Giudice not only fears that her her life is in danger in prison, but that she even has good reason.
