• Aesop Rock Releases 2-Track EP 'The Cat Food'

Aesop Rock is the latest to get a release out on the 2015 board with his new "Cat Food" EP. A quick two tracks, "Cat Food" and "Bug Zapper" further support the notion that quality is always better than quantity, as both tracks are polished and exciting creations from the Rhymesayers artist. The two songs were originally released as a 7-inch vinyl and are now available in a digital format via Rhymesayer's SoundCloud. The "Cat Food" EP is the first new solo material the artist has put out in some time, mainly focusing on making music for other artists. The tracks on "The Cat Food" EP are also available in an instrumental-only version, which most fans can always appreciate. November saw the release of Aesop's Hail Mary Mallon project with the album "Bestiary." Aesop Rock also was featured on Busdriver's "Ego Death" alongside Danny Brown. Aesop Rock produced "Bug Zapper" and called in the likes of Blockhead to produce "Cat Food."
