• Kate Middleton and Prince William Visiting New York City This Weekend!

For the first time ever, Kate Middleton and Prince William will be visiting NYC and the timing probably couldn't be worse for them. Aside from the duchess still occasionally battling bouts of the morning sickness that kept her completely away from any royal engagements for nearly eight weeks, the city is super busy at Christmas time. Then there are the daily protests over the Eric Garner case that have snarled traffic on a nightly basis all week and well, travel could be tricky, even for royalty!
  • Kate Middleton Expecting a Princess in April?

The beginning of Kate Middleton's second pregnancy was sure rough, as Prince William's wife battled even worse morning sickness than what she endured while carrying Prince George two years ago. Nearly three months of royal appearances were systematically canceled until the duchess was finally back on her feet again and already she is nearly halfway through her pregnancy. Rumor has it that this time around Middleton wanted to know the gender of her baby and she is thrilled to be having a daughter. Middleton and Prince William had originally said they wanted to have three children within about five years so their kids could really bond while young and grow up together. When Middleton delivers this child in April, she will technically have two kids under 2, as George's second birthday is not until July. It looks like the couple's family plan is right on track and, according to Hollywood Life, even Queen Elizabeth II is hoping that the news is correct and that this baby is a girl.
  • Kate Middleton Struggling to Keep Pregnancy Weight on While Working

Kate Middleton stepped out in Norwich, England, today in support of East Anglia's Hospices' Norfolk Capital Appeal, and once again she raised eyebrows with a bright red dress and a teased ponytail. We recently told you that Middleton has been attempting to sex up her style just a little bit by making purposefully different choices every time she walks out the door. Middleton's plan has definitely been working, as no one would accuse her of looking the least bit dowdy. She also is not looking very pregnant either, and it is starting to concern those around her. Middleton is approximately 18 weeks pregnant, and as you can see from today's photos, she barely has any baby bump. Obviously, her extended battle with morning sickness has likely prevented the duchess from gaining weight consistently this time around — at least so far. Middleton was relatively small when she delivered Prince George in July 2013, so she may not be the kind of woman who will put on a lot of pregnancy pounds. This time around is different, though, because she is also chasing after George, something that is not an easy task when she is already feeling rundown and drained.
  • Jason Knauf's 1st Job As New Royal Press Secretary? Make Prince William, Kate Middleton Look More Romantic

Just yesterday, Nov. 22, we told you that Jason Knauf was named the new press secretary for Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry. The 30-year-old is considered an industry whiz and also new to the royal family, something William has insisted upon. He did not want to import a media handler who had worked either at Buckingham Palace or Clarence House for fear their loyalty could be divided. Knauf will have the young royals's best interests in mind, and it is going to be his job to promote them as a more modern family. Part of William and Middleton's media success has been attributed to the fact that they have been promoted as a fairly normal couple that just so happen to have important jobs and lots of cash. They like to do things commoners also do, and there now seems to be a push to make William seem a bit softer. "People" magazine featured an interview with British florist Paula Pryke, who just received the Order of the British Empire from William last week for exemplary service.
  • Prince William Finally Chooses a Press Secretary, Jason Knauf to Represent Himself, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry

Prince William has finally made up his mind about hiring a new press secretary for the Kensington Palace office that represents not only him, but also Kate Middleton and Prince Harry. Jason Knauf has taken on the larger than life job and will officially be joining the royals at the start of next year. He is an American that currently has managed to guide the Royal Bank of Scotland Group through a sea of scandals, including a billion dollar bailout by the government.
  • Kate Middleton, Prince William Scrambling to Find New Press Secretary for Kensington Palace Office

Working as the official press secretary for Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince Harry would be a great gig ... if anyone could actually land it. Their former media-handler left his position nearly two months ago, and while a string of extremely qualified candidates have been interviewed for the job, Prince William is reportedly making the process difficult. According to "The Daily Mail," securing a new PR person has become extremely tedious. Former BBC producer Ed Perkins quit Kensington Palace more than seven weeks ago, after only two years as their press secretary, and Prince William, Kate and [Prince] Harry have still not found a suitable candidate to succeed him. "It's a nightmare," claims a senior courtier to the "Mail." "Prince William does not take advice readily — let's put it like that. Several well-qualified candidates have been ruled out."
  • NBC's 'Today' Hoping to Land Exclusive 1st Joint American Interview with Kate Middleton, Prince William

NBC is sure working hard to get in good with the royal family. First the network scored an exclusive interview last summer with Pippa Middleton, and that went so well that Kate Middleton's sister is now said to be in contention for a spot with "The Today Show" as a lifestyles correspondent. Now we are hearing that "Today" is also working hard to try and secure the first joint American interview with Middleton and her husband, Prince William. We told you the other day that the young couple is planning to travel to the States in a few weeks and will be spending time in New York City. There is also a pretty good chance that little Prince George will be traveling with them, and it is an opportunity that NBC is dying to take full advantage of. ABC is also supposedly vying for a similar interview, but because of Pippa's connection with "Today," it seems more likely that they would agree to grant that morning show their first interview.
  • Prince William, Kate Middleton to Visit NYC in Late November, Prince George May Also Come

There is an ever-so-slight chance that New Yorkers might actually catch a glimpse of little Prince George later this month. It was revealed earlier this fall that Prince William was planning on visiting New York City, and at that time his wife, Kate Middleton, was knee-deep in morning sickness. She was canceling scheduled royal appearances on a weekly basis back then and the royals were not sure if Middleton was going to remain ill right up until the day she delivered her second child. Luckily, in recent weeks Middleton has rebounded. She is still not 100 percent, but she is well enough to put on a gown and smile for a few hours. Middleton is also fairly desperate to make up for all those missed appearances, mainly because she hates letting Queen Elizabeth down. She has traveled a bit recently, proving that she is capable of doing so, and because of that Middleton is now expected to tour NYC with her husband in late November. There are also rumors that Prince George may also accompany his parents to the Big Apple. The future heir to the throne's last official trip with his parents was last April, when the family spent nearly a month Down Under.
  • Kate Middleton Suffers Through Remembrance Sunday Beside Camilla Parker-Bowles

Now here is something that we have not seen in a while: an appearance with Kate Middleton and Camilla Parker-Bowles in attendance! Clearly, there is absolutely no love lost between these two, and the awkwardness between them as they solemnly stood together for Remembrance Sunday was palpable. Middleton must be feeling a lot better because otherwise that nasty morning sickness would have been a great excuse to avoid this public appearance. Instead, the duchess pulled out her new Alexander McQueen coat, put on her hat and suffered through the event beside her enemy. The rivalry between Middleton and Parker-Bowles is epic and it is basically because Prince William's wife is everything Parker-Bowles will never be. While Middleton was born a commoner, she has been easily accepted into the royal family, but Parker-Bowles's 30-year fling with Prince Charles sat so badly with Queen Elizabeth that even after they finally married her presence is something still barely tolerated by the royals.
  • Will Pippa Middleton Become Newest 'Today' Correspondent?

Apparently, Pippa Middleton made such an impression on NBC after sitting for an interview last summer that the network has been courting her for a job. Kate Middleton's younger sister taped an interview with Matt Lauer for "The Today Show" that aired in June and the ratings were spectacular. The numbers confirmed what the network had already known: Americans love royals, even if they are only a married-in extension of the monarchy. Kate's marriage to Prince William has caused enormous interest in Pippa and NBC is hopeful that they will be able to add her as a new correspondent to Today. According to a new report by Page Six, Pippa has been working on a test piece in Utah and, if all goes well, then it will sign her to do special reports on subjects like health and fitness.
  • Queen Elizabeth Forced Kate Middleton Back to Work after a Collapse Due to Severe Sickness: Royal Duty Comes First!

Kate Middleton may be royalty, but that has not made her exempt from a serious bout of morning sickness while carrying baby No. 2. We know Middleton was also briefly sick while carrying Prince George nearly two years ago, but this time around seems more serious. Several reports are now saying the duchess recently collapsed after a long night of sickness, leaving Prince William to insist his wife have an aide nearby at all times. Middleton has also taken several weeks off from her royal duties do to her sickness, but Queen Elizabeth recently insisted it was time for Middleton to begin showing up again. In her mind, royal duty comes first — period.
  • Kate Middleton Reportedly Staying with Middleton Family While Fighting with Prince William

Kate Middleton and Prince William always seem so incredibly tight when they show up for a personal appearance that it is easy to forget they are, at root, a normal, married couple. That means they have to inevitably have some fights here and there, right? This cannot be an easy time for them, either. Middleton just started her second trimester of pregnancy and seems to be recovering after weeks of acute morning sickness — plus, she has a busy toddler on her hands. William has been doing royal double-time, taking over some of his wife's missed royal appearances while continuing to carry out his normal duties. Things have reportedly been tense — so tense that the couple has spent a lot of time apart, with Middleton staying with her family.
  • Kate Middleton Looks Unwell During First Public Appearance at Buckingham Palace in Months

Kate Middleton finally made it out the door for a public appearance! She and Prince William were on hand at Buckingham Palace today to help Queen Elizabeth greet the president of Singapore, Tony Tan Keng Yam. Middleton looked extremely thin in a plaid Alexander McQueen coat dress, and sources say this is hopefully the start of the duchess being able to resume some of her regular duties. Today was actually her first public sighting since Aug. 7, and it is clear from the photos that Middleton is still a little bit unwell.
  • Queen Elizabeth Snubs Kate Middleton's Family By Not Inviting Them To Traditional Christmas Day Lunch

Queen Elizabeth has rewritten many old royal traditions or at least she has been willing to bend a lot of the stuffy old rules in order to accommodate younger members of the family. Kate Middleton's marriage to Prince William is believed to be the catalyst for all of changes and Elizabeth's willingness to slowly but surely take steps to pull the monarchy out of the dark ages. One yearly tradition includes the family gathering at Elizabeth's Sandringham House for lunch on Christmas day. While Kate, William and little Prince George have already been invited to this years' occasion, the rest of the Middleton family has been left off of the guest list.
