The singer is currently involved in a lawsuit to seal the photo, which reportedly depicts the DJ grabbing her. A judge granted her request this past Friday (Oct. 21), but the transcript of her deposition about the incident from July 26 is available to the public. Throughout the deposition, Swift had to describe the incident a few times.
