    Ultra Music Festival is still welcome in Miami. Today (April 24), the Miami City Commission voted 4-1 to keep the electronic music festival in its Florida hometown, despite protests from Miami mayor Tomas Regalado, city commissioner Marc Sarnoff and city residents.
