On Wednesday he was sentenced to three years and three months in jail for illegally possessing a firearm but the Atlanta judge decided to give him credit for the time he has served since his September 14, 2013 arrest. That's actually kind of amazing because with Gucci Mane - real name Radric Davis' lengthy criminal history the judge could have easily thrown that proverbial book at him and started that 39 month sentence this week.

    Remember Simone Battle from The X Factor? She appeared on the U.S. version of the show in 2011 and was mentored by Simon Cowell. She made it to the top 17 of the competition before being cut and then just last year it was announced that she had joined G.R.L. a group that resembles a rebooted Pussycat Dolls. Unfortunately it was confirmed earlier today that Simone was found hanging in a closet in her West Hollywood home on Friday morning.
