Charlie Puth has officially closed the chapter on one of his Los Angeles properties, selling his Studio City mansion for $2.1 million as his personal life enters a new stage with marriage and fatherhood.
The "We Don't Talk Anymore" singer, 34, completed the sale of the modern five-bedroom, five-bathroom home in the Silver Triangle area of Studio City, according to property records.
The deal was finalized in May after the home spent months on and off the market with multiple price cuts, originally listed at $2.9 million.
According to People, Puth purchased the property in 2021 for about $1.5 million through a family trust, meaning the sale still resulted in a profit, even if it fell short of the original asking price. The listing was handled by Kris Everett and James Harris of Carolwood Estates.
Inside, the 2,400-square-foot home is built for views and open living. It features 18-foot ceilings, glass walls that look out over the Los Angeles skyline, and a two-story great room designed to feel like a gallery space. The kitchen includes a center island with bar seating that connects directly to the dining area, making the home feel open and social.

Charlie Puth Lists and Sells Studio City Property
One of the standout features is a 450-square-foot bonus structure on the property, Realtor reported. It has been used as a music studio, but it can also be converted into a guest space or creative room.
Upstairs, bedroom suites sit along a suspended walkway, giving each room a private, tucked-away feel, while still capturing sweeping city views. The primary bedroom adds another highlight with a large private balcony, walk-in closet, and bathroom surrounded by glass, all designed to keep the city lights in view.
While the sale is a notable real estate move, it also comes during a major life shift for Puth. In recent months, he and his wife, Brooke Sansone Puth, welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Jude.
The couple first shared the news in March, posting photos that showed the newborn and their early moments as parents. The couple married in 2024 at Puth's family home in Montecito, California, and later announced their pregnancy through a music video release tied to his song "Changes."
