Kate Middleton may be a member of the Royal Family, something that affords her nearly every luxury imaginable but she isn't exempt from conditions such as extreme morning sickness. Rumored to be pregnant with quite possibly a set of twins, Middleton is just like any other commoner, left to struggle with maintaining everyday life while battling to keep even fluids down. After spending several sick weeks at Kensington Palace the duchess has retreated to her parents home in Bucklebury, Berkshire with little Prince George in tow.

According to various sources Middleton has a nanny for her young son but nowhere is as comfortable as her parents country home and at this point, Carole Middleton is rumored to be the hands-on grandmother of choice. While Prince William's wife has been plagued with pregnancy rumors for the better part of the past year, the palace finally confirmed her second pregnancy last month. Right on the heels of the good news has been a slew of cancellations due to Middleton's morning sickness. The last time she successfully attended a formal engagement was back in July and there seems to be no immediate end in sight to her being under the weather.

Last week royal watchers began speculating on whether or not Middleton is carrying a set of twins after it was reported that the duchess had an ultrasound recently that revealed two heartbeats. While she suffered from morning sickness while carrying Prince George nearly two years ago it didn't continue for this long. Do you think that Middleton might actually be expecting twins and the two babies that are totally draining her body right now? Are you surprised that she went home to stay with her parents? Do you think that it's an indication that Middleton's condition has actually gotten worse instead of better?
