Lana Del Rey will hit the road in May for the Endless Summer Tour in support of her newest album Ultraviolence, which came out in June. Courtney Love will join the "Born to Die" singer for the first half of the jaunt, with another opener slated to take over at the May 28 gig in Indiana — to be announced. Love is putting together a new solo record that is expected in 2015, Consequence of Sound reported.

Rey's Ultraviolence made it to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart as well as the Top Tastemaker Albums list. The album, produced by The Black Keys frontman Dan Auerbach, includes singles like "Shades of Cool," "West Coast" and the title track. It was met with generally positive reviews.

Love dropped new songs "You Know My Name" and "Wedding Day" earlier this year. In 2013, the Hole frontwoman promised a new album before the new year. That never happened.

"It sounds epic. It's amazing. It's great. But it's really hard work," she told Jam.

The album will be a follow-up to Love's 2004 solo debut America's Sweetheart.
