Action Bronson is a man who clearly loves his nourishment. He loves it so much that he teamed up with Vice's food network Munchies to get his own food show F--k, That's Delicious. It has followed him on his travels around the world while he tours and tries out the best foods in those cities. Episode seven focuses on his hometown of New York City and some of his favorite late nightspots in the five boroughs.

This episode takes place over four separate nights, because one man could not physically eat that much in one night, though Action would be one to possibly attempt it. He rides around with his cousin Body in a Cab captained by the eccentric Charlie who tells various X-rated tales of his exploits with women. Charlie is their cabbie for all four nights as they travel the city hitting little holes in the walls, food trucks and more established restaurants.

It starts out with him going to a Chinese Halal restaurant that is close to his heart because it was his mother who first introduced him to the establishment. Action's poetic nature as a rapper is brought out in his spoken word when describing the various foods that grace his palate. We then see his inner chef, as he described in an interview with Ask Men, come out to create a artery-stopping, but mouthwatering desert from various different in the East Village.

Bronson shows off his talents on the basketball court and takes a suited challengers' seven dollars after a three shot shoot off from the top of the key. Bronson helps make a special pizza with ricotta, beets, eggplant and a sprinkling of weed on top to bring the whole thing together. Outside the pizzeria he takes selfies with about 20 fans at once who seem to keep on coming out of the woodwork.
