Atlanta and Brooklyn are linking up once again (remember Jay Z and Jermaine Dupri's "Money Ain't a Thang?"). Migos and Bobby Shmurda's GS9 crew recently announced their upcoming joint Shmigo Gang mixtape.

Both crews have had an exceptional year with Bobby Shmurda flooding the Internet and the rap game with his viral hit "Hot N---a," and Migos pumping out a slew of quality street music. It was almost inevitable they'd join forces, and now fans are getting a whole mixtape's worth of music.

In addition to Shmurda's crew, Quavo, Offset and Takeoff, the mixtape will also feature Rich The Kid and Migo Domingo. Migos broke the news Saturday via Twitter.

Migos were recently featured on Mike WiLL Made It's new Ransom mixtape on a track called "In My Hands." In November, the trio released their Rich N---a Timeline mixtape and discussed features for their debut album.

"We willing to work with anybody that wants to work with us," Migos member Offset told XXL about their upcoming album. "It's open arms. It ain't no hating on no situation. We like to get money. Whoever wants to work with us and make some money, let's do it."

Last month, Bobby Shmurda also released his debut EP Shmurda She Wrote. The five-track EP included features from Ty Real and Rowdy Rebel. Earlier this year, Shmurda inked a deal with Epic Records. Executive Sha Money XL broke the news on his social media accounts saying, "Deal is done @bobby_shmurda #EPIC no one does the underdogs better then me. Brooklyn this 1 is for you."

No word on when the tape will arrive. Stay tuned for more updates.
