Apparently YG and DJ Mustard did not get the message about being kind during the holidays. The rapper and producer are now sending jabs back and forth on Instagram over purported payments that DJ Mustard alleges he never received for YG's debut album My Krazy Life. DJ Mustard executive produced the album that was released in March. YG posted an expletive-laden comment on a now deleted DJ Mustard post rebuffing those claims, making his own claims of not being paid for Mustard's recent album and the two have been going back and forth since then.

Issues of payment are nothing new in the music industry, but public quarrels over something like this can devastating for a friendship. These two have a strong report and work well together, so it would be a shame to a major falling out between the two talented artists. YG has apparently been trying to get in contact with Mustard, but has not been able to and posted a picture calling the producer out for apparently ducking his calls.
