The Lil Wayne and Migos collaboration that fans have been waiting for some time now has found its way onto the internet. Titled "Amazing Amy," seemingly after the book series Amazing Amy, which was adapted into the film Gone Girl, Migos and Lil Wayne have unveiled the track they recorded during the studio time they spent together. What appears to be a leftover track from Sorry for the Wait 2, "Amazing Amy" sees all four rappers take their turn at a verse, riffing hard on the theme of Amazing Amy and supposed crazy women. As a potential candidate for SFTW2, Weezy references the mixtape in the chorus, but does not make any mention of Tha Carter V and manages to hold back any disses that might be directed at Birdman.

The song goes:

She's so amazing
Lord I feel like Plies, that's my lil' baby
That bitch gon kill me, that'll be crazy
But that's what's amazing, that's my lil' baby
That bitch so crazy, amazing Amy
And this that Sorry 4 the Wait, Amy
And I'm so sorry for the wait, Amy...

The foursome of rappers were seen in the studio together last month, and it started a substantial amount of buzz about what might come from them. This song potentially was never supposed to see the light of day if it is a leftover from Sorry for the Wait 2.

Lil Wayne is still embroiled in his long-standing feud with Cash Money Records and Birdman over the release of his beleaguered album Tha Carter V. He released his second makeup mixtape, Sorry for the Wait 2, to placate fans in the interim while he tries to sort out the business of getting Tha Carter V released, but the situation appears to be only getting worse with an impending lawsuit reportedly in the works by Lil Wayne's camp against Birdman for $8 million.
