Yolanda Foster's continued battle with Lyme disease is by far the most "real" story on RHOBH. She confirmed shortly before Christmas that she was experiencing a flare-up that had landed her back in the hospital. Then, just last week, Foster confirmed that her illness had pretty much killed her ability to read because she is now struggling to process information. After leaving the hospital, Foster decided to seek treatment in Asia, and last night she confirmed that she was finally back home with her family.

Supposedly, there are experimental treatments in Asia that take on a more targeted approach to fighting Lyme disease. Of course, they are costly, but being married to David Foster means that the financial burden is an easy one for the reality star to meet. Her oldest daughter, Gigi Hadid, recently spoke out about how she and her brother and sister have tried to support their mother. Providing normalcy by talking about their day seems to have really helped Foster.

It is interesting how Foster has landed on a reality show filled with women who seem to work overtime to create drama for themselves and everyone around them. They thrive to get more airtime by being scandalous. Foster is the one who really has a story to tell and, in between doing so, she is a ray of sunshine. She ends up being the rock and cheerleader for the rest of the ladies.
