Belgian dance-pop singer/producer sensation Stromae has announced new North American tour dates this fall in the lead-up to his performance at New York City's historic Madison Square Garden. The "Alors on Danse" producer is coming stateside this month for a few shows at SXSW before taking a quick break from a busy touring month in April that revolves around his two weekend performances at Coachella and the few mid-week "localchella" sideshows.
The April tour dates have already been announced, but the new fall dates will put Stromae in various theaters and large spaces across North America in Maimi, Toronto, Detroit, Quebec and Washington, D.C., capping off at Madison Square Garden.
The show at MSG is ambitious and will be a good measure to see how the Belgian dance star, immensely popular in Europe, can sell tickets in the United States. Tickets go on sale for the East Coast leg of his tour Saturday, March 14, at 10 a.m. PST via his Facebook page. See the full list of tour dates below via Rolling Stone.
