One of the first major rappers to respond to Meek Mill's unbelievable Twitter rant--outing Drake for using a *gasp* ghostwriter--was Rick Ross. Surprisingly, Rozay didn't support for the man whose Dreams Worth More Than Money recently went No. 1 on his own Maybach Music Group label, but rather, with his "Aston Martin Music" collaborator. Ouch...

Drake lent a verse to "R.I.C.O," one of DWMTM's three singles. Though, allegedly, said verse didn't come from Drake's own pen, and Meek wanted Twitter to know about it.

Apparently, Drake didn't send a tweet in support of DWMTM (as he did with Future's DS2, which he also featured on) because Meek found out about his ghostwriting. Though, he only became aware Drake didn't write his verse after the album's release. Convenient, as "R.I.C.O." currently sits at no. 45 on the charts.

While Meek was putting the finishing touches on his two-hour Twitter escapade, his boss, Rick Ross, had something to say on the matter--before quickly retracting his thoughts. Suprisingly, Ross seemed to side with team Drizzy, tweeting, "Drake>>>>>>Meek." The tweet was soon deleted, but you can see a screenshot below via The Daily Beast.

Meek caught word of Ross's perceived shot against him, but he quickly let us know he wasn't letting any tweet bait him into a beef with his mentor. See his response below.

As of now, Ross's tweet, ranking Drake above the "Levels" rapper, is all we have to gauge his actual opinion on the newfound "beef." Ross, who recently got out of jail on $2 million bail after charges of kidnapping and assault, has bigger problems on his plate, so we assume the last thing he wants is to get between two rappers he frequently collaborates with.
