Jay Z's legal troubles just won't let up.

Back in January, MStarz reported that Jay Z was juggling two lawsuits but it seems as though the hip-hop mogul has been dodging the law.

Hov is currently involved in a $600 million lawsuit after being accused of stealing the Brooklyn Nets logo, but things have shifted gears.

Dr. Francois de Cassagnol, who filed the complaint, says the rapping millionaire has yet to respond to his claims and he's pretty upset.

"For the last 10 years I've continuously reached out to these folks and in return all I got is insult after insult," De Cassagnol said.  "Now it's time to go on trial to finally resolve these issues... based on the mischiefs ...I had no intention of extending any time extension for the defendants.... It's time for these folks to start following the rules like everyone else."

As previously reported, Dr. De Cassagnol claims that he trademarked the name "Brooklyn Nets" long before the team moved from Jersey.

Early December, he filed a pro se complaint with the Eastern District of the State of New York asking for $600 million in damages, at least.

The doctor claims that Jay Z, the NBA and Bruce Ratner "fraudulently conspired" to use "loopholes" in the U.S. Patent Office so that they could use a name he says he registered more than ten years ago.

Documents submitted as evidence show that De Cassagnol filed applications in 2012 for "The Brooklyn Nets Entertainment Logo."

The name was first used in the State of Louisiana back in 2003.
