The Weeknd completed his second sold-out show at The Los Angeles Forum last night and for the first time performed his Beauty Behind The Madness collaborative single "Prisoner" alongside Lana Del Rey.

On the first night he performed the song solo, as he had during the rest of his tour. But the Weeknd managed to pull some strings for the second night, enlisting California crooner Del Rey to take the stage for the artists' No. 47 charting Billboard Hot 100 single.

As soon as Del Rey emerged from the shadows of the stage, the crowd erupted in applause. It's actually fairly jarring to see the "Sad Girl" singer perform on such a massive pop song; not that she hasn't had some hits of her own, but "Prisoner" is far more energized than any of her ballads.

The two stood in stark contrast to one another, with the Weekend dressed in all black and Del Rey in a white dress. Their voices melded so perfectly that you could barely distinguish the two as they soared through the R&B chorus.

Finishing out the performance the two joined on center stage and shared a hug.

"I've known Lana for almost four years now, she's a really, really good friend of mine and I want to thank her for coming out tonight," the Weeknd said as Del Rey left the stage.

A couple other collaborators on Beauty Behind The Madness, including Labrinth and Ed Sheeran, joined the "Hills" singer back in November at a Toronto concert for a performance of "Dark Times."

The Weeknd's tour continues this winter with stops in Houstan, Atlanta, Tampa and Miami. Click here for a full list of dates. He's also been announced as an opener for Rihanna's Anti World Tour alongside fellow opening act Big Sean.
