Its been a while since we've heard a peep out of Ne-Yo, but the self-proclaimed gentleman is back and he's ready to take over the summer.

According to Vibe magazine, Ne-Yo is gearing up to release his untitled sixth studio album.

The news broke after the "So Sick" singer took to Twitter to reveal the cover art for the project's lead single, "Money Can't Buy" featuring Jeezy.

He captioned the picture with "The wait is almost over." Ne-Yo also sent out a tweet prior to this one confirming that an album is in fact in the works. "Album #6....It starts on Tuesday!!," he tweeted.

Fans can expect the "Let Me Love You" crooner to tap back into his R&B roots. The producer/songwriter told Billboard that this album will consists chiefly of that.

"I had a little stint with the dance music and all of that, which I had a good time with- and I love the audience, I love them for accepting me doing it -but I had to go home on this one. Had to take it back to my roots, and not to say that there won't be one, maybe two songs on there that the dance crowd can get into, but the majority, the girth of the album, will be R&B."

Stay tuned for the release of Ne-Yo's new single and be on the look out for his forthcoming album.
