Since Migos has been having internal problems over the past few months, the two remaining members Quavo and Takeoff have collaborated on a new album and they recently revealed that they went back to their roots and started all over again regarding their latest project.

According to Billboard, the then-trio made a huge impact within the hip-hop scene in Atlanta, Georgia, during the mid-2010s as their rap flow and sound is significantly different than other artists.

Takeoff then spoke to the outlet, saying they got back to where they started from while working on their new album. He also gave other musicians a piece of advice, saying it's okay to try different things, but there are things in the past that they have to look back to.

On the other hand, Quavo said, "It feel like we starting all over again, It feel like something new, and you know you [going] in the right direction."

Since releasing their collaboration last week titled "Only Built For Infinity Links," the duo has amassed massive success as many fans loved the album based on the reviews on social media.

The album, which is composed of 18 new songs, is currently available for purchase and streaming on major music platforms.

Some supporters think that the group's breakup was a result of issues regarding their record label, but Quavo was quick to shut down the rumors, saying it wasn't the case.

"And s***, it is what it is. Right now, we gon' be the duo 'til time tell," he confirmed.

Regarding the issue with their record label, the rapper was reportedly talking about Offset's negotiation with his deal with Quality Control Music.

He sued the company after the music giant added their name to the credits of the track "5432" even though it was released under Motown records.

Offset has yet to comment on the recent statement of his former rap groupmates.
