It seems as though the 2014 MTV VMAs will start off with a "Bang Bang." Though yesterday (Aug. 19), MTV promised the Video Music Awards lineup was finalized with Sam Smith, one more big performance is set for the night... the live debut of the Ariana Grande, Jessie J and Nicki Minaj smash "Bang Bang." Today (Aug. 20), it was announced the trio will open the 30th annual VMAs with a performance of their collaboration, with the music video debuting following the song's conclusion.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, J will join Grande and Minaj on stage for a sure-to-be fire performance, and the track's highly anticipated music video will debut right after they hit the final notes.

Target and Beats by Dre are teaming up with MTV to debut the music video over at the fittingly titled website, BangBang.mtv.com.

Details about the VMAs live debut and the music video are, of course, under wraps, but J has revealed that the clip will feature a dance party and a "dance that you can learn" to go with "Bang Bang."

J's addition to the VMAs lineup is a bit of a surprise, but an expected one. With both Grande and Minaj confirmed to perform their new solo singles "Break Free" and "Anaconda" at the event, it would've been silly for J not to drop in to join them on the sizzling summer anthem.

She's the latest (and probable final but who knows) addition to the VMAs lineup. 5 Seconds Of Summer, Beyoncé, Iggy Azalea, Rita Ora, Sam Smith, Maroon 5 and Usher are also slated to perform.
