Travis Scott's fans were disappointed after his scheduled concert within the vicinity of the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt was canceled. However, there was one fan who became famous due to the now-canceled concert as he tricked millions of people online; how did he troll them?

According to Rolling Stone, a 17-year-old fan named Charles Curle from North Carolina did the unthinkable and made the internet shocked when he made online users think that he actually sold his house in order to buy tickets for the concert and for the plane ride to Egypt just to see the rapper perform at the historical site.

The video, which was posted in July, featured the young kid holding keys in front of his house. He later added sound and music using the softwares Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

He was also seen standing next to a sign that reads "For Sale" in the front porch. He later added the text "I actually did it."

TikToker Tricks Millions of People

The clip cuts to an aerial shot of the Pyramids to trick people that he indeed travel to Egypt for the concert.

Following this, Curle immediately received millions of views from other fans, but the comments were divided as there were people who didn't believe he did it.

Other users were concerned that he sold the house just to watch the concert.

As of this writing, the short clip amassed over 6.7 million views, 1.1 million likes, and thousands of comments.

The online content creator shared his story with the outlet, saying he had been editing videos since he was 10 years old but he started editing TikTok clips around two years ago.

Regarding his future plans, he said, "When I graduate, I want to start learning CGI," says Curle. "I want to work with big name companies that create films and different things like that."

Travis Scott Pyramids Concert Canceled

Travis Scott was initially scheduled to perform at the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt late last month, but many fans were disappointed as the show was canceled at the last minute, despite them having tickets already.

There were people who reportedly traveled to Egypt and have already spent money on airfare and hotel accommodations.

In a statement by Live Nation, they explained that the "show could not be constructed in the desert" due to complex production issues.

Refunds have already started rolling out to those who purchased and it will reflect on their account automatically.
