Britney Spears' life revolves around her beloved Instagram account; it servers as her online public diary, where she candidly shares her thoughts and feelings with her fans, as well as the accompanying pictures and videos of her daily life.
That is why when she and Sam Asghari confirmed and announced their divorce, it was only a matter of time before she unfollowed the actor, as he was no longer part of her life.
According to reports, that was exactly what the "Oops I Did It Again" singer did a few weeks after their divorce was revealed to the public.
However, Spears did not seem phased or bothered by the sudden divorce, it seemed like she welcomed it because she threw parties and had fun, carrying about her usual routine-as per her Instagram posts.
Apparently, the breakup was a long time coming for the pair.
Britney Spears Cuts off Sam Asghari For Being a 'Double Agent'
As per an exclusive report by the Daily Mail UK, Spears believed that her husband had been "secretly working" for her father, Jamie Spears.
"Britney has reason to believe that Sam was secretly working with her dad Jamie since early on in their relationship," a source told the news outlet.
In fact, the source alleged that Ashari was one of the people who monitored the singer and helped Spears' father keep her in check during the 13-year conservatorship.
"Sam would supply information to Jamie that would help to keep her locked in the conservatorship. In exchange, Sam was given access to her and her money. Britney now feels like Sam was being deceitful all along."
Sam Asghari Used Britney Spears?
The report went on to detail how Asghari seemingly turned into a successful actor overnight after meeting and becoming Spears' boyfriend.
The divorce was inevitable, the source told the news outlet, as the couple have not been happy for a very long time.
"Britney was done with Sam months ago and was very unhappy. There were plans in place to set Sam up with his own place and give him money to live on so that it would be amicable."
As of this writing, Asghari has not come forward to deny the allegations that he was spying on Spears and benefiting from her fame by allegedly working with her father. Neither star has addressed the rumors.
