Keri Hilson released her debut In A Perfect World back in 2009 and followed up with No Boys Allowed a year later but it is presumed that Hilson's career was so short lived because of a diss track towards Beyonce

Ever since Hilson threw shade at Queen Bey on the "Turnin' Me Off (Remix)," things have been downhill for the Atlanta singer. Fans of Beyonce have been gunning for Hilson for some time now but one fan felt inclined to apologize for his excessive shade citing Hilson's admission that she battled with depression in 2012.

Read the letter below.

Dear Keri Hilson,

I want to first start off by saying, yes, I am a loyal fan of Beyoncé, and yes I was offended by your comments on the shady "Turnin' Me Off (Remix)" that was released in 2009. Prior to that, I liked your music. I was rooting for you and then came that seemingly unwarranted diss song out of nowhere. On it, you sang, "Your vision cloudy if you think that you're the best/You can dance, she can sing but she need to move it to the left, to the left/She need to go have some babies."

Now, I'm no rocket scientist, but those were clearly shots at Beyoncé. Whether you will ever publicly admit it or not is irrelevant. Over the years, I've watched and participated in the constant slander and jokes against you in attempts to get justice for your Beyoncé diss without once thinking how this might have made you feel.

We often forget that celebrities are human, too. Even with all the money and fame, words hurt. Just ask Karrueche, who was swarmed by the BeyHive. A petition was even created to deport her after she made a joke about Blue Ivy's flawless hair on 106 & Park. This made me wonder about the BeyHive's number one enemy, Keri Hilson-even more so after I read a 2013 interview, in which you revealed that you were in a "dark depression" in 2012.
