ADE 2015 Initial Lineup Announced
Electronic music's big fall professional and musical conference, Amsterdam Dance Event, has announced the initial lineup for its 2015 edition. Among those included in the 634 confirmed names thus far at ADE are the likes of Tiësto, Nicky Romero, Alesso, Axwell /\ Ingrosso, Martin Garrix and many others. Other big names include Armin van Buuren, David Guetta, Hardwell, Adam Beyer, Richie Hawtin and DJ Snake. -
Amsterdam Dance Event Announces 2015 Dates: ADE Turns 20
Amsterdam Dance Event may feel like it just ended, but the weeklong industry event in Amsterdam has already announced the dates for this year's conference. In its 20th year, ADE 2015 will take place between Oct. 14 and Oct. 18. The five days will be filled with daytime conferences, meetings, nighttime performances, club shows and much more. The conference expects to draw 365,000 industry folks and international visitors to the welcoming canals of Amsterdam, as aspiring DJs, managers and other members of the industry rub elbows and network at various panels and conferences held throughout the city. -
Amsterdam Dance Event Experiences Four Deaths Over Weekend
The Amsterdam Dance Event became yet another electronic dance music staple that's been left with the unfortunate stigma of drug overdose deaths. Four people were reported dead over the course of the five day event and authorities are fairly certain that at least three were tied to substances.
