    The saga between Lil Wayne and Birdman had gone cold in recent weeks, but there appears to be a fresh development in the lawsuit that is tearing apart the hip-hop powerhouse label that has been so influential over the past two decades. According to new documents filed by Weezy, obtained by TMZ, the "Sorry For The Wait 2" rapper is claiming that Drake and Nicki Minaj are about to leave YMCMB as a result of Birdman's mismanagement of the label.

    Forbes has unveiled its cash kings list for the richest men in hip-hop and the numbers continue to grow at a remarkable rate. Dr. Dre clocked in as the wealthiest man in the genre last year when word began to spread about the sale of Beats to Apple for a whopping $3.2 billion. That number was later revised down to $3 billion and he went on to declare he was hip-hop's first billionaire. However, with his 25% stake in the company and after taxes, he "only" accrued a $500 million windfall. That left the door open for a rise in revenue from 2014's second place artist, Diddy, who has risen to the number one spot in the 2015 hip-hop cash kings list. Jay Z, 50 Cent and Cash Money's Birdman round out the rest of the list.
