It looks like her quest for a second child with Kanye West will be a major storyline on the reality show and, following the teaser, Khloé Kardashian shocked fans with a post on her official Instagram account that was also quickly deleted. The pic posted shows a positive pregnancy test and Khloé asks fans who they think is pregnant, with the choices being her, Kim or their 18-year-old step-sister Kendall Jenner. The answer here would at least appear to be pretty obvious. In recent weeks, there has been a lot of speculation surrounding Kim, and it has been widely reported that she was struggling to conceive. The star told her fans just last week that she is not pregnant.
