    The band whose concert was at the center of the tragedy, Eagles Of Death Metal, have finally broken their silence on the events of last Friday (Nov. 13) in an open letter. That night, terrorists slaughtered upwards of 80 concert-goers and injured more than 100 others in a vicious massacre. Eagles Of Death Metal escaped from the stage unharmed, but the attacks in Paris hit close to home and it was the first act of terrorism at a music concert.

    Live Nation has officially stated that they plan on increasing concert security following the brutal attacks on Paris that occurred this past Friday night (Nov. 13) at an Eagles of Death Metal concert. The shootings happened at Parisian venue Le Bataclan and a reported 118 concert-goers were slain in the savage shooting and what Bono of U2 called "The first direct hit on music that we have had in this so-called War on Terror."

    It's understandable that Bono would be a little shaken up by the Eagles of Death Metal concert assault that occurred this in Paris past Friday night (November 13). The band had been rehearsing for their own HBO live-stream concert the next day at AccorHotels Arena, only a few miles away from the scene of the tragedy. They were only three miles away when news began to filter in about terrorist attacks in the city and the number of victims. When giving interviews on the massacre after the fact Bono acknowledged that "these are our people," in regards to the fans of live music slaughtered during the terrorist attack.

    Electronic producer Corey Baker, AKA Kill Paris, has decided to change his DJ name in light of the tragic terrorist attacks on Paris, France late this past Friday evening. As Dancing Astronaut reports, Baker explains in a lengthy Facebook post that after the recent violent events he feels it would be inappropriate to continue to use a stage name that risks being associated with, in his words, "the negatives in life." He changed his Twitter handle to @SaveParis and will now perform under the new moniker Chill Harris.
