Natalie Morales has worked for NBC's "Today" since 2006, and we are hearing that power struggles behind the scenes may lead to her exit sooner rather than later. While Morales has held down the news desk and has even been promoted to a hosting position for the morning chatfest's third hour, she has also been passed over a lot. Both Ann Curry and Savannah Guthrie have landed anchor positions that Morales has reportedly fought for, and now it looks like Tamron Hall is also about to give her a run for it. According to a report by Page Six, Morales's representatives have been feeling out other possibilities at opposing networks because the writing seems to be on the wall. Hall has been handed a lot more responsibility in the last 18 months and is a bright spot for viewers each morning. That fact has not gone unnoticed by Deborah Turness, NBC's news chief who clearly favors Hall over Morales.
