    As the dance music calendar gets under way with Miami Music Week and Ultra Music Festival this weekend 7UP has unveiled its new commercial pitched towards generation x starring Martin Garrix and Tiësto. The duo uses the opportunity to premiere their new single "The Only Way It Up" (could the name be an ode to the brand). The commercial starts with Garrix and Tiësto sitting side-by-side in a trailer, talking about how each one of them has been an influence on the other and presumably listening to the track through Tiësto's headphones on a laptop. They are ejected out into a desert outside of Las Vegas with absolutely nothing around, but that is soon going to change.

    Major Lazer's long-awaited cartoon series finally has a launch date. The premiere will take place on Thursday, April 16 at midnight as a part of FXX's regular Animation Domination programming. According to reports, the show will not only feature the Major Lazer character that has been a fixture in their videos over the past few years, but it will also have guest appearances from stars like comedians Aziz Ansari and Andy Samberg and musicians like Tiësto, Trinidad James, Charli XCX, RiFF RAFF, The Vampire Weekend's Ezra Koening and many more.

Insomniac will feature their two signature stages -- the Discovery project for new and upcoming acts and the Bassrush Experience for all things low-end. Carl Cox will also be curating his own Carl Cox & Friends stage that has become a mainstay at festivals around the world, including Ultra Music Festival, Electric Daisy Carnival and Tomorrowland.

The 5-part series will feature Dutch DJ, Tiësto, decorated Nascar driver Jeff Gordon, tennis champion John McEnroe, award-winning actor Michael J Fox and celebrity chef Mario Batali.

In 2015, Ultra is making a serious commitment to the underground, giving it two stages, Resistance and Carl Cox and Friends, which has not announced its lineup yet, but he will have to find some names outside those on the Resistance lineup.

The variation in artists lends itself to the assortment of different genres contained within the 14-track LP.

Originally bestowed the fan title "Titan," the opening track "Eclipse" has served as the opening song in his DJ sets since his Ultra Music Festival set last spring in 2014. The tune has a much more orchestral feel to it then the other tracks we have heard from Hardwell recently and provides an upbeat introduction to his 14-track artist album
