As Meek Mill prepares to begin his house arrest on March 1, it seems that things are getting hot between him and girlfriend, Nicki Minaj and not in a good way!
According to TMZ, the rappers have been battling about his legal issues and his request for her to stay close during his house arrest. And this doesn't seem to be the their only fight but the biggest one so far.
According to Complex, Meek asked Nicki to stay with him in Philadelphia while he rode out his 90 days under house arrest and the site's source claims Nicki allegedly responded by saying, "she would not put her life on hold because of his criminal issues, and that triggered a big fight that is still unresolved."
If you can recall, Meek violated his probation by disregarding the travel restrictions that came along with the probation. The rapper traveled outside of Philadelphia while on tour with Nicki Minaj and when the judge found out, things didn't go so well. Complex previously reported that the judge had planned on giving Meek jail time but he was able to convince the judge otherwise. Instead, the judge banned Meek from performing and leaving Philadelphia.
Now that the rapper is due to be stuck at home for 90 days, he wants his girlfriend in arms' reach. Rap-Up reports that Nicki has been out in Los Angeles this week while Meek is preparing to turn himself in next week. The couple hasn't been since publicly since Jan. 26 at the Philadelphia 76ers vs. Phoenix Suns game at Philadelphia's Wells Fargo Center. They haven't even posted a photo together on social media for quite some time.
