Kanye West has settled the 2013 lawsuit stemming from a sample used in his Grammy-nominated Yeezus track "Bound 2." The lawsuit was filed by Ricky Spicer, former soul singer of The Ponderosa Twins Plus One, who alleged that Kanye had used their song "Bound" with their authorization. According to paperwork viewed by Billboard (dated March 6) that was filed to New York court on May 11, the suit has been discontinued. -

'Vanderpump Rules' Stassi Schroeder Keeps Feeding the Press Despite Hating It
Several weeks ago Stassi Schroeder confirmed that she will not be returning for a fourth season of Vanderpump Rules and of course, controversy followed. In her first two season on the Bravo reality show Schroeder seemed to be queen bee. Every other storyline seemed to revolve around her but this past season all of her former friends were fed up with her. Schroeder seems to have burned a lot of bridges and didn't help herself by referring to former mentor, Lisa Vanderpump as an "old lady".
