    For deadheads around the world who are unable to attend the Grateful Dead's "Fare The Well" concerts, SiriusXM's exclusive Grateful Dead station, Channel 23, will broadcast the 50th anniversary and final concerts from Chicago's Soldier Field this Fourth of July weekend.

  • Soundcloud Announces Deal With 20,000 Independant Labels

    Just as news surrounding Soundcloud has intensified over the past few weeks as they try and create a legal platform that will crate monetization opportunities for artists and labels alike, the streaming and discovery service made a major announcement today that could turn the tide in its favor. Soundcloud today announced that it had stuck a deal with Merlin, one of the largest independent label and publishing consortiums in the world with over 20,000 members under its umbrella.

    Yesterday, A$AP Rocky fans had a field day after the A.L.L.A. rapper was quoted in an interview saying he was working on a mixtape with Rod Stewart hosted by Lenny Kravitz titled Born To Be Pretty. It was described as "definitely a panty-dropper" and was expected to be released sometime his summer. After the psychedelic nature of At.Long.Last.A$AP and the collaboration between Rocky and Stewart on "Everyday" with Mark Ronson, this almost seemed plausible. However, the "LSD" rapper took to Twitter today to clear some things up and say that it was all just a joke.
