    Although his upcoming album "The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty" was originally set for release Nov. 18, Tyga's recent troubles with his label Young Money have caused the album's release to be delayed.     The taxpayers of Los Angeles may be souring to Jay-Z and his Made in America festival. According to a report from the "Los Angeles Times," the city could be on the hook for $170,000 of the total bill for the festival.Aides to the mayor tell the "Times" that Live Nation, the promoter for the festival, was required to provide $500,000 to pay for police patrols, street closures, trash removal and other city services. The total bill for the festival is expected to reach close to $670,000, leaving the city to close the funding gap.Mayor Eric Garcetti was a big proponent in bringing the festival to Los Angeles and, according to "Billboard," "Says it shows L.A. is capable of hosting a huge outdoor concert."According to Carol Schatz, head of the downtown-based Central City Association, the economic impact cannot be simply measured in strict dollar amounts.

It was captioned, "The only KKK ever to let black men in," and Khloé's comment was one word: "True."That is all it took to light up a debate that is still growing strong today. Making any comparison or reference to the Ku Klux Klan, an extremist white supremacist group, is thought to be in really bad taste.Khloé's post grabbed more than 405,000 likes and 26,000 comments in only two hours. While many of her supporters suggested that people just lighten up a little and see the humor in the actual reference, an equal number were offended by the comment. Many people believe the KKK never belongs as a punchline in any joke. Others totally got the fact that both Khloé and Kim have caught heat for only dating dark-skinned men.

On Christmas Eve 2002, Peterson's pregnant wife Laci went missing in a case that dominated national headlines. Frey came forward pretty quickly once Peterson's face was plastered all over the place because she had been seeing him on the side. At the time Frey had no idea he was married or expecting a child, but went to police pretty quickly. It was eventually her testimony that helped prosecutors to not only convict Peterson in the murders of his wife and unborn son, but also to secure the death penalty against him.At the time of Peterson's 2004 conviction, Frey was a single mother working as a massage therapist, and so she decided to write a book about her side of the nightmare. While it landed on the bestseller list, Frey's life did not improve as one might have hoped. She is currently 38 and raising two children on her own. In a recent exclusive with Radar Online, her father, Ron Frey, claims his daughter has never been the same after dating Peterson.
