Jimmy Fallon wants to audition to play guitar for Fred Armisen's 'Late Night' Band
As previously reported, Jimmy Fallon is set to take over The Tonight Show next week, but might he also be heading back to Late Night? According to Vulture after hearing the news that Fred Armisen would join Seth Meyers on Late Night as its bandleader, Fallon solicited his former SNL castmate for an audition to play guitar in the band. "I gave [Fred] my e-mail today, and I said, 'I can play guitar!" Fallon told them. "So I have to audition, but I think I have an in. I'm always there for him, if he needs me. Absolutely. Whatever he needs." -

TufAmerica has filed a lawsuit involving Frank Ocean's Channel Orange track "Super Rich Kids" and its sample of Mary J. Blige's "Real Love," according to The Hollywood Reporter. The trouble isn't concerning the actual song in its entirety for copyright infringement, it's the fact that Mary J. Blige's sample was allegedly taken from The Honeydrippers 1973 song "Impeach the President." So it was an illegal sample of a sample. -
