• The Decemberists, Yo La Tengo, Jeff Tweedy and more to appear on 'Parks and Recreation'

    In the current season of Parks and Recreation, Amy Poehler's character (Leslie Knope) is working on a unity concert in an attempt to mend relations with the newly merged towns of Pawnee and Eagleton. According to The AV Club (via Consequence of Sound), the show's season finale (airing April 24) will feature several notable musicians performing the concert as members of fictional bands. Wilco's Jeff Tweedy has been cast as well as The Decemberists and Yo La Tengo.

The producer was forced to cancel his show at SLS South Beach due to a sudden hospitalization, but reports indicate that the performer has already been released from care.

The special event that honors our military personnel will be taped on Monday, April 7 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. It will be broadcast on Tuesday, May 20 (9:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
