Being an outspoken artist, Nicki Minaj wasn't afraid to call out Instagram and TikTok for allegedly flagging her rather unproblematic behavior on the said platforms.
Nicki Minaj Shadowbanned on Instagram
In response to one of her fans' comments, Nicki Minaj revealed that she has been consistently asking Instagram to fix their notifications. (via XXL Magazine)
A fan aired out on Instagram that whenever Nicki Minaj goes live on the platform, she is not getting notified by the application despite turning on her specialized notifications from Minaj herself.
"I'm starting to get real mad @instagram !! Why every time the queen goes on live, my notifications doesn't pop up??? Like WHYYYYYYYY? BARBS please tell me I'm not the one that have this issue," a fan lamented.
Minaj, who seemed to understand her fan's woes, replied, saying, "the Barbz say this every single time & no one fixes it over there at Instagram. They don't want ppl tuning in, I guess. It's the constant sabotage behind the scenes on more than one platform chi. They know those numbers would be through the roof if my REAL FANS/NON ROBOTS were alerted when I went live. They want my numbers on live to look lower than they rily are. They want my numbers on my posts to do the same. Dang € of ALL the signatures of the FED TF UP BARBZ!!!! @instagram WTF IS GOOD?!?!!?!"
Barbz has attested to the said problem while others say that they could receive notifications.
Now, Nicki Minaj is being flagged for violating community guidelines on TikTok.

Nicki Minaj Violated TikTok Guidelines
In a scathing post on Twitter, Nicki Minaj revealed that she received a notification warning that she may lose access to her account because of her violation of TikTok community guidelines - one more violation and she will lose access.
"They are allowed to bully you, harass you, swat your home with a toddler multiple times & not be held accountable, 5 companies paying to slander you, never defending yourself against lies for years & years but the minute you do, you are immediately SILENCED. yet, the ones spreading lies on you are not. Their pages are never deleted. You don't have to have genius tendencies to know why the rules are different," she tweeted.
Meanwhile, a fan on social media pointed out that the type of content she has been posting might be the reason for her being shadowbanned on both Instagram and TikTok.
"they gone really get her and actually shadow ban her account. she's not getting the interactions because she post fan page content and nobody wants to interact with that...tiktok, and twitter are examples..," a fan said.
As of this writing, Nicki Minaj's TikTok account is still up and she has over 20.3 million followers.
