Sunday's 2024 Grammy Awards saw Celine Dion make an unexpected appearance despite her ongoing fight with incurable stiff-person Syndrome. She looks really, really good.

The 55-year-old celebrity, who has given up singing due to health issues, was clearly moved when she presented the Album of the Year on stage beside her 23-year-old eldest son Rene-Charles Angelil, amid applause and a standing ovation.

She said, "Thank you, all! I love you right back. You look beautiful. When I say I'm happy to be here, I really mean it from my heart. 'Those who have been blessed enough to be here at the Grammy Awards must never take for granted the tremendous love and joy that music brings to our lives and to people all around the world. 'And now it gives me great joy to present a Grammy Award that two legends Diana Ross and Sting presented to me 27 years ago. These are the outstanding nominees for album of the year."

Then, Celine declared that Swift had won the Grammy for the fourth time, this time for her critically praised album "Midnights."

Celine went up the stage looking stunning with a terracotta coat and sparkling jewelry. Before that, she was filmed backstage looking very composed.

"I Am: Celine Dion," a new documentary, will capture the star's struggle to carry on with her profession.

In December 2022, the hitmaker revealed that she had been diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome, an incredibly rare condition that causes the limbs and torso's muscles to cycle between spasming and rigidity.

She disclosed that she will no longer be performing.

Captured over more than a year of filming, the new documentary follows the singer as she fights to carry on with her usual life and profession in spite of her diagnosis.

She promises that the ailment 'won't define her' and raises awareness at the same time.

Dion said in a statement: 'This last couple of years has been such a challenge for me, the journey from discovering my condition to learning how to live with and manage it, but not to let it define me. 'As the road to resuming my performing career continues, I have realized how much I have missed it, of being able to see my fans.

After she recorded new music for the Priyanka Chopra-starring movie Love Again in 2023, some said Celine seemed to be making progress toward her comeback. The native of Canada will feature in the movie with Sam Heughan and Priyanka from Outlander. Just a few weeks before her diagnosis video, in November 2022, Celine announced on Instagram that she will be appearing in the romantic comedy.
