Ozzy Osbourne is threatening to sue Kanye West after he illegally used the former's "Iron Man" on the latter's new album, "Vultures 1."

Kanye West's collaborative album with Ty Dolla Sign "Vultures 1," has gained significant attention lately but all for the wrong reasons.

Ozzy Osbourne Suing Kanye West Over 'Iron Man' Sample

Ozzy Osbourne declined Kanye West's request to sample "Iron Man" in one of his songs on "Vultures 1."

He shared an explosive tweet on Twitter/X recently, calling out Kanye West.

"@KANYEWEST ASKED PERMISSION TO SAMPLE A SECTION OF A 1983 LIVE PERFORMANCE OF "IRON MAN" FROM THE US FESTIVAL WITHOUT VOCALS & WAS REFUSED PERMISSION BECAUSE HE IS AN ANTISEMITE AND HAS CAUSED UNTOLD HEARTACHE TO MANY. HE WENT AHEAD AND USED THE SAMPLE ANYWAY AT HIS ALBUM LISTENING PARTY LAST NIGHT. I WANT NO ASSOCIATION WITH THIS MAN!" he tweeted angrily.

The listening party that Osbourne was referring to was Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign's "Vultures Listening Experience" at the United Center in Chicago.

Page Six reported that West rapped "And I'm still crazy, bipolar, antisemite / And I'm still the king" onstage on one of his new songs from the joint album.

Now, according to The New York Post, a representative for Sharon Osbourne, Ozzy's wife, said that they are "considering legal action." West has already interpolated "Iron Life" for his 2010 song "Hell of a Life," but the rep claimed that Kanye wasn't publicly antisemite then so the Osbournes haven't known then.

The source even revealed that when West sought permission, the famed couple replied "absolutely not," even describing the rapper to be a "disrespectful antisemite" who currently "represents hate."

Ozzy and Sharon have publicly ridiculed West and his wife Bianca Censori in the past. In their Hollywood costumes last year, Ozzy shrouded himself with an all-black outfit shrouding his face, while Sharon was bare naked with only a purple pillow and a thong concealing her body - an ode to West and Censori's infamous photo.

Kanye West Triggered Donna Summer's Estate

West has been accused of using samples despite the original artists' refusal or consent to use them. Donna Summer's estate has cracked West down for using the 1977 single "I Feel Love" on his track "Good (Don't Die)."

"Kanye West... asked permission to use Donna Summer's song I Feel Love, he was denied... he changed the words, had someone re sing it or used AI but it's I Feel Love... copyright infringement!!!" Billboard quoted the now-deleted post.
