Olivia Rodrigo is officially 21--and she is now legally allowed to drink alcohol.

"Today is my last day of being able to underage drink (hypothetically) !!!!" read the "Get Him Back" hitmaker's caption for a carousel of pictures on Instagram, celebrating her birthday.

Her Instagram post's comments were filled with greetings, while some could not help but poke fun at her joke about underage drinking.

"Her first drink ever!!" Replied Conan Gray.

"YOU DIDN'T DIE BEFORE YOU COULD DRINK YIPPEE," a fan wrote, referencing Rodrigo's 2021 hit song "Brutal," which includes the line "I'm so insecure, I think / That I'll die before I drink."

According to reports, Rodrigo celebrated her 21st birthday with her friends, including the "Heather" hitmaker, Tate McRae, The Kid LAROI, actress Iris Apatow, and more.

Olivia Rodrigo Becomes a Teenage Superstar

Rodrigo rose to prominence following the release of her viral hit song "Drivers License," which was allegedly about her "High School Musical: The Musical: The Series" co-star Joshua Bassett.

The song led her to release her debut album, "Sour," which earned her three Grammy Awards in 2022: Best New Artist, Best Pop Solo Performance for "Drivers License," and Best Pop Vocal Album for "Sour."

The "Deja Vu" singer was also named TIME's Entertainer of the Year in 2021, and Billboard Woman of the Year in 2022, making her the 15th artist to receive the honor.

"I'd be lying if I said there wasn't any pressure," the singer-songwriter confessed to TIME about all her accolades at such a young age and so early into her career. "But I sometimes remember: This happened 10 months ago. You don't have to have it all figured out yet."

Olivia Rodrigo Wants to Return to Acting

While she has achieved a lot so early in her music career, Rodrigo admitted that she misses acting, and even hinted that she might return to the film industry.

"I love movies, I love telling stories," the singer reportedly explained. "I really want to do a coming-of-age thing, maybe before I'm actually of age.

"Maybe I am of age already. I just love telling stories, whether that be in a song or movie, that's just something that really excites me."

As of this writing, Rodrigo has yet to confirm any future acting gigs, but it seems like between releasing "GUTS" and her world tour, she might have a hard time squeezing a film into her schedule.
