Taylor Swift Dad Scott Swift Accused Of Assaulting Photographer in Australia [Watch]

Scott Swift, the father of Taylor Swift, has been accused of assaulting a photographer in Australia after her daughter's "The Eras" tour.

The accusations came after Scott attended the concert show in Australia and even gave food to Swifties during her daughter's concert, to the delight of the hungry Swifties. 

Scott Swift Accused Of Assault

The New South Wales Police Force confirmed to Page Six that Scott Swift has been placed under investigation after he allegedly attacked a 51-year-old Ben McDonald at a ferry wharf on Sydney's North Shore.

Although McDonald did not require medical treatment, he reported the incident around 2:30 a.m.

The Daily Mail sources revealed that Taylor and Scott traveled from Homebush on a yacht before the reported incident.

Taylor Swift's representatives told the outlet that "two individuals were aggressively pushing their way towards Taylor, grabbing at her security personnel, and threatening to throw a female staff member into the water."

McDonald claimed that Scott struck him and left "very sore chops" on his face.

"He probably decided he needed to defend his daughter, for some reason," he told the outlet. "In 23 years I have never seen anything like it."

McDonald brushed off the spokesperson's accusations that there were other females in the incident except Taylor Swift.

"This is the sort of bulls**t I might expect," he added. "Which female was that? The only one there was Taylor."

TMZ released a video of the said altercation but it did not show Scott assaulting the cameraman.

Meanwhile, another angle from 9 News Sydney, shows that McDonald was being bodychecked and shoved by a police escort already.

Scott Swift Gives Out Sandwiches On Sydney Concert

On the first day of Taylor Swift's "The Eras" Tour in Sydney, Scott Swift was seen handing out plates of sandwiches to hungry Swifties near the VIP tent.

As "Midnight Rain" blasts in the background, a fan-captured video shows Scott handing out something to eat.

"Papa Swift giving out sandwiches and fruits heart," a fan shared online. "Isn't he the sweetest and cutest."

Fans praised Scott on social media, pointing out his kind heart.

"I love the idea that Taylor see these while scrolling in bed and is just like "dads being a dad"," a fan said.

"Midnight Rain calls for a midnight snack," another joked, while someone said, "Scott Swift is the king of the white dads lol."
