Rolling Stones muse Anita Pallenberg is the subject of a new documentary coming from Magnolia Pictures to theaters and video-on-demand on May 3.

A trailer for Catching Fire: The Story of Anita Pallenberg, released Thursday (March 28), features Scarlett Johansson reading from Pallenberg's unpublished autobiography, her longtime partner Keith Richards, their children Marlon and Angela Richards, as well as vintage, previously unseen footage of Pallenberg and the Stones.

The German-Italian actress, artists and model died in June 2017 at the age of 75. Initially, she was the girlfriend of Rolling Stones founder Brian Jones, but left him after two years for Richards after Jones became abusive towards her. Due to his erratic behavior, Jones was fired from the band he founded in June 1969. A month later, he was found unresponsive at the bottom of his swimming pool and was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The trailer opens with Johansson saying, "I've been called a witch, a slut, and a murderer. Maybe people confuse me with the characters I've played."

She goes on to add, "In 1965, I met the Rolling Stones. My friends dared me to kidnap one of them."

Aside for her misadventures with the Stones, Pallenberg was featured in several cult films, including 1968's Barberella with Jane Fonda (a clip of Pallenberg in the film was featured in Duran Duran's "Wild Boys" video), as well as 1970's Performance, featuring Stones frontman Mick Jagger.

Richards is heard in the trailer saying, "I was bursting in love and Anita is in a lot of those songs. She's a muse and not just for me." Later in the trailer, Richards admits, "Basically I was trying to keep up with her and most of the time it was fun."

Johansson, as Pallenberg, has the last words in the trailer. "My motto was forward, forward, forward," she says. "Never look back."
