Kim Kardashian attempted to break the Internet last week with a series of nude photos that were featured in the Winter 2014 issue of Paper magazine. Now, after the dust has settled, Kardashian gets to spend the next week talking to everyone about actually doing this shoot, and she started with an interview with Australia's The Project. Before teaching host Rove McManus how to try and balance a champagne glass on his bottom, she chatted about deciding to strip down for the shoot.

"I was so honored and excited to work with [photographer Jean-Paul Goude] because he is a legend, and for me that was something I wanted to do to make myself feel confident. As a role model I'm not saying anyone else should do that, but for me it was an art project and it taught me to do what you want to do. I'm never one to preach, but I felt really positive and really good about myself. I love the photos, I did it for me, I hope other people like them."

It's kind of funny that while talking about getting naked — again — Kardashian manages to sneak the notion in there that she is a role model! Apparently, she felt so great about herself that she also needed to share it.

What are your thoughts on Kardashian's latest photos? While it played out as such a big deal, was it really? Haven't we already seen her naked on multiple occasions?

What made this photo shoot different from all of the others? Is it because she has bounced back after having little North West? If so, that does open up another can of worms, as many of Kardashian's detractors thought it was inappropriate for a mother to drop her clothes in such a public way.
